Grievance Officer
In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, you can reach our Grievance Officer for privacy requests, complaints about content or conduct on the platform, or to challenge a verification badge.
What to expect
We acknowledge grievances within 72 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days. For privacy requests (access, correction, erasure, consent withdrawal), include the email or phone number you used on the enquiry so we can locate your data.
Challenging a verification
If a registration number displayed on any profile does not check out on the official register, tell us. The profile is suspended while we re-verify. This standing offer is part of what our badge means.
